Description
Join us for an evening dedicated to your health. You will meet with health experts for a personal physical assessment and help developing your wellness goals. This is the introduction to a twelve part series developed by the Arlington Heights Chamber Health and Wellness Initiative. Participation in the series is not required to attend this program.
Health Assessments Include: weight, height, resting heart rate, blood pressure, BMI; determining your fitness, eating, emotional and personal health goals; strength, range of motion, cardio; your current perspective of your health.
