2020 Holiday Twilight Event Participation

Chamber will provide:

• Coverage of $150 registration fee in 2020 from the Re-Launch AH grant fund Listing on Holiday Twilight Shop List and Map
• Inclusion in pre-event promotion and event ads and marketing
• Flyers to pass out at your location promoting the event
• Posters to display at your location
• Social Media Posts
• Your Location/Logo on Event Website
• Will provide day of event signage, mask and capacity signage

• Provide 4- $25 Gift Cards to be raffle off to registered attendees
• Participate during event hours on both November 17 and November 18 (Two timeslots each day to distance the crowd 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM and 4:30- 8:00 PM)
• Provide exclusive in-store shopping discounts/deals for event participants
• Provide logo and photos to be used for marketing your location
• Will monitor and manage their location for capacity and social distancing and guidelines per the State of IL.
