Leslie Geissler Munger was sworn in as Illinois State Comptroller on January 12, 2015. Comptroller Munger is a native born Illinoisan, earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Illinois and her master’s degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
She is a former brand management business executive with Helene Curtis/Unilever where she led the $800 million U.S. Hair Care business and managed large budgets, reduced costs and delivered results.
