We work with a large population of female clients across different ages. We are looking for a coach who can connect well with women, teens, and adults.
Requirements / Preferred Skills:
3–5+ years of coaching experience preferred (less is okay if you’re coachable and strong in fundamentals)
Confidence working with both general population and youth athletes (middle/high school)
Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology (non-negotiable)
Bachelor’s degree, CSCS, or equivalent education/certification
CPR/AED certified
Excellent communicator—able to build trust, lead with empathy, and explain concepts clearly
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Passion for biomechanics, strength training, movement quality, and long-term performance
Self-motivated, humble, and committed to getting better
We don’t expect perfection—you just need to show up ready to coach confidently, learn, and grow.
Experience working with rotational athletes
Familiarity with performance technology (force decks, testing software, etc.)
Interest or experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
Experience or interest in accountability coaching or health coaching
Genuine curiosity about human movement and coaching innovation
Conduct movement assessments and consultations
Design individualized programs based on assessment results
Coach private (1:1), semi-private, and small group sessions
Track progress and reassess regularly to drive results
Collaborate with the team to improve systems and coaching methods
Keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming
Support workshops, events, and community-building efforts
Help uphold a culture where clients feel supported, challenged, and empowered
