Most of my clients come to me with issues of trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem/confidence issues. I also work with neurodivergent adults (typically ADD/ADHD and/or Autism). I'm trained in both CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), as well as Adlerian and Psychodynamic modalities. Learning EMDR has made a profound difference in helping people work through past and/or current trauma - it goes much faster and is far more effective. 
My first career was in purchasing, so I'm well acquainted with the stressors of working in a corporate environment.
